TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Sales Tax registered bidder also having NTN No. are entitled to participate. Taxes will be levied according to prevailing Rules and Regulations. 2. All applicable taxes will be dealt as per standing Rules. 3. Bid forms can be purchased from the date of publication in the National Newspapers within working hours on submission of a written application on the Company?s pad/letter head along with a copy of CNIC to the Resident Engineer, 500KV Grid Station NTDC, Pipri Road Dadu, upon the payment of non refundable fee of Rs. 3000/- 4. Bid must be delivered to the above address on or before 11:00 AM on above mentioned dates and shall be opened on the same day at 12:00 AM. 5. Every Bidder should deposit 5% of earnest money in advance before participating in Bid in the form of CDR/Pay Order of a schedule Bank drawn in favor of Resident Engineer, 500KV Grid Station AM (S) NTDC Dadu. 6. Tender Documents can be obtained from the office of Divisional Accounts officer, Resident Engineer, 500KV Grid Station NTDC Dadu contact # 0303-9497885 during office hours. 7. The material may be inspected between 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on working days at above mentioned location. 8. Only one authorized representative of the firm /company will be allowed to participate in bidding process. 9. Tender will be received manually and will be dropped in tender box one hour before the opening time/date. 10. Period of depositing the Bid amount 30 days. 11. Period of lifting the store 30 days. 12.
