National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA invites sealed bids from the eligible firms/bidders for the Procurement of following Transmission Line Material for 220kV Transmission Lines associated with 220kV SEZ Dhabeji Grid Station on basis of International Competitive Bidding (ICB) through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Price of the Bidding Documents is PKR 5,000 (Pak Rupees five thousand only). The method of payment for purchase of Bidding Documents will be non-refundable fee in the form of pay order, bank draft or bankers/cashiers cheque in favour of Chief Engineer (MP&M) NTDC Lahore. The documents may be collected in person or may be sent by courier for an additional fee of Rs. 2,000/- for domestic delivery. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery in such case. 4. The foreign Bidders having no representation in Pakistan, shall remit well in advance of the deadline for submission of Bids alongwith written application, an amount of US$ 150 (US Dollars One Hundred Fifty only) or an equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency through pay order, bank draft or bankers/cashiers cheque in favour of the Chief Engineer (MP&M) NTDC Lahore so that the Bidding Documents may be sent to the prospective bidders expeditiously without assuming any responsibility for delay or loss, if any, occurring in such case. Bidding Document may be downloaded from NTDC website i.e. www.ntdc.com.pk free of cost. However, purchase of Bidding Document is compulsory for participation. 5. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at above address on or before 10th May, 2022 at 11:00 AM PST.
