ELEGIBILITY OF CONTRACTORS. 1. Registered with PEC in category qualifying estimated amount of the work and having renewal for the year 2021-2022. 2. Bank statement for last 6-months showing the financial position of the firm. 3. Must produce satisfactory completion certificate of at least two works of similar nature. 4. Successful bidder will submit 10% Performance Security (Bank Guarantee) of quoted bid from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. 5. Tender document may be obtained on production of above said documents and handing over the earnest money in the shape of Deposit Call in favour of Executive Engineer EHV Civil works Division NTDC, NTDC House, 34-Industrial Area Gulberg-III, Lahore up to 13.04.2022 from the office of the undersigned during working hours. Relevant Design / Drawings may be seen during office hours in the Office of the undersigned. 6. Bid price must include all Federal and provincial taxes & duties i.e. income tax, general sales tax, provisional sales tax etc. 7.
