All Bids must be accomapnied by the Bid Security which should be 5% of the bid amount in shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee (on the prescribed specimen) . 3 The Bidder can participate in one or more Lots of the Disposable Transmission Line. 4 Only one representative of the firm/company will be allowed to participate in opening of the bid. 5 Location of material: 220KV Transmission line GUDDU, SHIKARPUR, UCH AND SIBBI DERMA MURAD JAMALI. 6 NTDCL reserve the Rights to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33(1) of PPRA 2004. 7 Taxes wil be according to prevailling Governament Rules and Regulations. 8 No bid will be accpeted without Bid Security. 9 Bids should be submitted exclusive of all taxes/duties. 10 The Transmission line including material may be inspected during office working hours on working days.
