| Description | NTDC TENDER NOTICE Tender No. TLC/RWP/R-02/2022 AUCTION OF UNSERVICEABLE VEHICLES/DOZERS Sealed bids for auction of vehicles are invited from interested bidders to dispose off the following Off Road vehicles on the basis of ?AS IS WHERE IS?. Sr. No. S.R.No./Site Description 1 03/2019/Barotha D6 Dozer Terms & Conditions. 1. Vehicles can be Physically Examined up to 25-04-2022 during working hours (i.e. 10:00 to 16:00 Hrs Monday to Friday) at EHV Site Store Ghazi Barotha. 2. Tender documents can be purchased at the cost of Rs: 1,000/- (Nonrefundable) up to 25-04-2022 during working hours (10:00 to 16;00 Hrs) from the office of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, F-519 Satellite Town Rawalpindi. 3. All Govt. Taxes & Duties shall be applicable as per policy. 4. 10% CDR in the favor of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, must be accompanied with bid. 5. Tenders will be received up to 26.04.2022 (11:00 Hrs) and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the office of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, F-519 Satellite Town Rawalpindi. 6. Cutting/ Overwriting and ambiguous Tenders will be rejected. 7. All sales shall be made to the bidder offering the highest price subject to the approval of competent Authority. 8. The auctioned material will have to be collected by the successful bidder on the basis of ?AS IS WHERE IS?. 9. The Vehicles are sold on the clear understanding that the bidders have inspected and satisfied themselves of the vehicles they are bidding for. No complaints after the sale whatsoever shall be entertained. 10. After the Final Approval/ issuance of Letter of Acceptance, remaining amount is to be deposited within 21 working days. 11. The bidder shall follow the instructions issued by the officer in-charge strictly. 12. The vehicle from the site will be removed within 21 working days after issuing of Release Order and strictly during working hours only which are 09:00 to 17:00 Hrs.
