| Description | NTDC TENDER NOTICE NO. 19/2021-22. Sealed tenders are invited on percentage rate basis on prescribed forms from registered contractors. Tender will be issued to those contractors, who will produce original or attested copies of the following:- 1. Company profile. 2. Bidders are required to be registered with PEC as valid registration certificate in Category C-5 or above for the current year 2021-22 and having specialization code CE-01, CE-09 and CE-10. 3. Appointment letter of Engineers working with the firm as required by PEC laws. 4. The list/detail of technical and supervisory staff along with attested copies of Degree/Diploma. 5. At least two (2) similar nature works valuing not less than estimated cost completed during last three (3) years. The contractor will have to provide the copies of work order and satisfactory completion certificate with in schedule time otherwise no consideration will be given. 6. Detail of tools & plant available with contractor. 7. Bidder having poor performance for the execution of civil works (present / past) will not be qualified. 8. CDR must be attached with the application in advance in the name of Executive Engineer Civil NTDC Islamabad as mentioned below. 9. Bank statement of at least 3 financial years showing average annual cash flow of at least 10 Million rupees. 10. 10% performance guarantee in the shape of Bank guarantee only will be accepted from successful bidder before the award of work. 11. All prevailing federal and provincial government Taxes, levies or charges shall be applicable on Contractors. Firm should have registration with Tax authorities as well as active Tax payer. 12. Tenders will be issued only to the owner of the firms or the person holding authority?s letter on judicial paper from the owner for the respective work. 13. Tenders where convincing, collusion, pooling amongst the bidders if observed / reported will be cancelled. 14. No litigation / No black listing certificate on judicial stamp paper duly attested by 1st class Magistrate. 15. Un sealed/improper sealed/in complete/conditional bid/rate offered will be rejected straight away. 16. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33 (1).
