S.NO: Item Description Quantity 1 Office Tables Approximate Size 152cm x 76cm x77cm & Color Teak, Minimum three drawers with lock, Material: Solid Wood panels with laminated melamine surface. Surface shall be scratch proof Specify Load Carrying Capacity Minimum one year warranty. 6 Nos 2 Executive chairs (Revolving Chairs) for officer and conference room Approximate Size 53 cm x 61 cm x 112 cm. Structure made of arms in solid wood & upholstered with best quality foam & leatherette revolving reclining PU gas lift mechanism pedestal + polish finish. Minimum one year warranty. 48 Nos 3 Extension of Existing meeting table in conference room Two-piece extension of meeting table. Approximate size of each piece 122cm x152cmx 76cm. Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in bidding document must reach the office of Chief Engineer (HV&SC) LAB. NTDC Chakbeli Road Rawat, Islamabad on or before 27.04.2022 at 11:00 Hrs. 5. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs. 6. Bid shall remain valid for 90 days from the bid opening date and must accompany bid guarantee/CDR not less than 2% of the quoted bid price, valid for 100 days issued by any schedule bank of Pakistan on specified Performa along with sales tax registration certificate. 7. Financial bid shall include all taxes. 8. Mail or conditional tender or tender without bid guarantee will not be accepted. 9.
