| Description | 1 INVITATION TO BID Bid Reference No. PD-ISD-01-2022 Date: 13/04/2022 National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) the Purchaser, invites sealed bids through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms as defined in Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for supply of following quantities of Goods. 1. Supply of 15000 Liters fresh Transformer oil for 220/132KY, 160MVA Auto Transformer a. The bidder (as single entity) must have supplied fresh transformer oil(class-1) to NTDC/DISCOs in last five years. The bidder/supplier will ensure the healthiness of supplied transformer oil through testing/certificate .b. Only the manufacturer/s or its authorized representative/sare allowed to participate in the bidding Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at 3. The method of payment for purchase of Bidding Documents will be in the form of pay order, bank draft or bankers/cashiers cheque in favor of P.D (EHV-I) NJP Account No. 22117900597001 or in cash from under signed office. The soft copy of Bidding Documents will be available on NTDC website. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of total bid price of respective work in Pak. Rupees in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of the Employer valid for a period up to Twenty-Eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. 4. The bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 05 May 2022 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day, in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 5.
