| Description | Sealed Bids are invited from the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) / Authorized Partners firms having relevant experience and registered with taxation department of Pakistan as active taxpayer for subject work. i. Detailed Bidding Documents can be purchased on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000/- (cash) from the office of undersigned on any working day during office hours. No documents will be sold on the date of tender submission. ii. Tender will be opened on 10th May, 2022 at 1130 hours. Bids should reach in the office of undersigned latest by 1100 hours on same day. The bids will be opened as per schedule, in the presence of firms authorized representatives who choose to attend. Bids received after the above deadline shall not be accepted. iii. The bidders will append tender security equivalent to 2 % of their bid value (refundable) with their bid in the form of deposit at call/pay order/bank guarantee/insurance guarantee in favour of NTC. iv. NTC may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. NTC shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
