Bidders can also drop the bids in the Tender Box Placed near the entrance of NRTC. ? Bidders must submit their bids as per tender requirement i.e clearly marked as financial and technical proposals. ? Price inclusive and exclusive of taxes need to be mentioned separately. ? Complete technical literature required along with technical bid. ? Bid security of Rs. 100,000/- be attached along with technical bid in shape of pay order or Demand Draft, otherwise bid will not be entertained. ? Bid Validity: 90 days. ? Prices must be in PAK Rupees ? Transportation charges will be borne by the Vendor. NRTC reserves the right to accept or reject at any time prior to the acceptance of any or all the tenders / bids in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA 2004.
