Quantities Required. As per Bidding Documents Completion Period; Within 07 calendar days from the date of issuance of P.O Price of Tender Documents; Rs.1000/-(Non-Refundable) Date & Time Submission of Bids Opening of Bids 11.05.2022 At 12:00 hours 11.05.2022 At 12:30 hours CONDITIONS / ELIGIBILITY: 1. Only Manufactures / Authorized Distributors / Dealers / Suppliers having valid GST and NTN numbers are eligible to participate in the tender. 2. The experienced Supplier/Manufacturer are eligible who have experience to supply material (any kind) to NTDC/WAPDA/Organizations and also have to provides the copy of at least one work/purchase order of such work. 3. The Supplier/Manufacturer will have to provide warranty of all provided items up to One Year. 4. Income Tax certificate & return filed with income Tax Department for the latest financial year. 5. Tender will be issued only to the proprietor of firm or his legally Authorized representative with valid CNIC and a request on the firm?s letter pad. A complete set of Bidding Documents can be purchased up to 01 day before of opening by the interested eligible bidders / firms on submission of an application to the Deputy Manager 220kV Grid Station NTDC New Kot Lakhpat Lahore. Sealed bids should accompany CDR /Pay order /Demand draft of ?2%? of bid prices as Bid Security? in favour of Deputy Manager 220kV Grid Station NTDC New Kot Lakhpat Lahore, which should reach in this office on/or before date/ time as mentioned above. Bids will be opened on same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives in the office of Deputy Manager 220kV Grid Station NTDC New Kot Lakhpat Lahore. ?
