| Description | NOTICE FOR INVITING TENDERS (TENDER NO. XEN-EHV-II-LHR?19?2021-22). Sealed Tenders are invited for the under mentioned work. The tenderers shall read carefully the eligibility conditions. The tender shall be evaluated as per eligibility conditions and the tenders shall be issued after fulfilling these conditions and upon production of required documents. If any clarification required, the bidders may contact office of the undersigned within office hours. Name of work:- DISMANTLING, SHIFTING, ERECTION, WIRING, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT ALONGWITH SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF NAC/REMAINING MATERIAL FOR EXTENSION/ADDITION OF 1X132KV LINE BAY FOR NARA-I AT 220KV GRID STATION NTDC, ROHRI (SEPCO DEPOSIT WORK). Tender Fees Rs.3000.00 (Non-Refundable) EARNEST MONEY 2% of the Bid Cost in the shape of CDR issued from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of undersigned to be produced at the time of opening of tender. ELIGIBILITY 1. Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed / valid up to date in the relevant category with original certificate. 2. Income Tax clearance certificate & return filed with Income Tax Department for financial year 2020-2021. 3. The Bidder as main contractor (single entity or a joint venture partner) must have completed construction work of at least one (01) 132kV or higher rating Sub Station / Power House Switchyard or its extension works within the last ten (10) years comprising of erection, testing & commissioning of at least one complete Auto Transformer or Line Bay. 4. Tender will be issued only to the proprietor of firm or his legally Authorized representative with CNIC (In original). 5. All the Govt. taxes (Federal/Provincial) will be applicable as per relevant Govt. Notifications. CONDITIONS 6. The Contractor should have the qualified and experienced staff for execution of the above said job. 7. Bidding will be conducted through local competitive bidding (LCB). 8. NTDC will award the contract to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder on overall basis. 9. The NTDC/Employer has the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rule # 33. 10. Bid covering partial work shall be rejected. 11. Each page of the subject bidding documents shall be signed and stamped by the bidder.
