National Database & Registration Authority invites sealed bids for engaging a Training Institute for Oracle EBS Training for Financials & Human Capital Management (HCM) as per Bidding Documents through International Competitive Bidding. In case of National / Local Firm, firm must have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration and must be on Active Taxpayer List of Federal Board of Revenue. 2. For Local/Domestic Vendors: The bid documents containing detailed Instructions, Conditions and Forms for participating in the bid can be obtained by the bidder upon a written request on Bidder?s official letter head addressed to the Head of Department (NADRA Procurement) at given address between 1000 hours to 1600 hours Pakistan standard time. 4. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at the address mentioned below on or before 1100 hours on, 6th June, 2022 Pakistan Standard Time.
