Director General Pakistan Coast Guards invites sealed tenders from G.S.T registered firms alongwith sample brochure specification for supply of following types of stores to be opened on 26 May 2022 at 1100 hours a. Uniform and Protecticve Clothing Items b. Ordnance Store. c. Cost of Other Store. d. Hardware Computer. Following stores to be opend on 27 May 2022 at 1100 hours. a. Purchase of Transport b. Purchase of Furniture and Fixtures. c. Other. d. Medicines Medical and Labortory Equipment. e. Signal Equipments. 2. Firms will submit FOR prices including GST Income Tax Custom Duty and other applicable taxes and will complete their supplies during current FY 2021-22. 3. 5% earnest money of total bid amount in shape of pay order bank draft must be enclosed along with bid in favour of DG Pakistan Coast Guards, otherwise bid will not be considered. 4. Bidding documents containing details quantity terms and condition can be obtained from Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards Kiyani Shaheed Road Saddar Karachi 3 on any working day between 0900 to 1200 hrs. 5. Qualification and disqualification of supplier or contractor will be strictly followed as per PPRA Rules 2004. 6. The rates in tender will be considered and valid upto 30 June 2022. 7. Pakistan Coast Guards reserve the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Rule 2004. |
