| Description | HIRING OF HR CONSULTANT FOR REVIEW OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, ASSESSMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY Inter State Gas Systems (Pvt) Limited (ISGS) is a company incorporated in 1996, working under the auspices of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. ISGS has been mandated to undertake gas import and infrastructure developments projects. ISGS invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable HR Consultant, having valid registration with tax and other relevant authorities, for review of organizational structure, assessment and implementation strategy. The Consultant must be appearing on Active Taxpayers List issued by Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan. RFP document, containing all information including instruction for preparation and submission of bids, bid evaluation criteria, format of contract, form of bid, format of securities, etc. are available for the interested bidders to be downloaded from the website of ISGS (www.isgs.com.pk). Prospective bidders may request a clarification on any aspect of RFP document till 20th May, 2022. Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP document, must reach at following address on or before 30th May, 2022 at 1500 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1530 Hrs. In case the day of bid submission and technical bid opening falls on a public holiday, next working day shall be considered as the deadline for the same.
