| Description | PIFD solicits sealed written proposals in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules and Regulations (PPRA) for PROCUREMENT OF PTZ ? CCTV CAMERAS AND ACCESSORIES FOR PIFD (2021-22). Tendering will be based upon Single Stage Two Envelop process. Interested firms / bidders must submit their proposals in two separate envelops clearly marked as technical and financial proposals respectively. Bidding is open to all firms having NTN / GST registration and relevant experience of working with education / government institutes. Tender documents may be purchased at the cost of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) from Treasurer Office at the address given below within office hours (08:30am-04:30pm except Saturdays and Sundays). Tenders must be delivered at the address mentioned below on or before 31st May, 2022 at 11:00 am. At the first stage, only technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am. Where-as Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened at second stage. Tenders submitted late will not be considered. In case of holiday, proceeding of the tender will be conducted on next working day. Black listed companies or the companies involved in litigation will not be entertained.
