| Description | NEPRA is an autonomous body established under an Act of the Parliament i.e., ?Regulation of Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electric Power Act 1997 (XL of 1997)? invites sealed bids vide Single-Stage Two Envelops bidding procedure, from reputable firms who are i) Registered with Income Tax/Sales Tax Departments; ii)- In active taxpayers? list of the FBR; and iii)- Having minimum three years relevant experience, iv) Office at Rawalpindi/Islamabad; for the printing of its; i) Annual Report 2021-22 (500 Qty.) ii) State of Industry Report 2022 (500 Qty.) 2. Biding documents, which are containing terms and conditions, method of procurement, bid security, bid validity, opening of bids, including instruction for preparation and submission of documents, evaluation criteria etc, are available for the interested bidders at the office of the Assistant Director (Admin) NEPRA Tower, Attaturk Avenue (East) G-5/1, Islamabad. Price of the tender documents is Rs. 500/- as per Rule 23 (5) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. 3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documents, must reach the office of DG (Admin & HR/CAD), NEPRA Tower, Attaturk Avenue (East), G-5/1, Islamabad on or before 31-05- 2022 till 1400 hrs. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1430 hrs.
