Material can be Physically inspected up to 07-06-2022 during working hours (i.e. 08:00 to 15:00 Hrs Monday to Saturday) at EHV-1 site store 500 KV Grid Station NTDC RAWAT. 2. Tender documents can be purchased for Rs: 1,000/- (Nonrefundable) up to 07-06-2022 during working hours from the office of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, F-519 Satellite Town Rawalpindi. 3. All Govt. Taxes & Duties shall be applicable as per policy. 4. 10% CDR of the bid amount in the favor of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, must be accompanied with bid. 5. Tenders will be received up to 08-06-2022 (11:00 Hrs) and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Hrs in the office of Executive Engineer 500 KV T/L (C) Division (EHV-1/ PDN) NTDC, F-519 Satellite Town Rawalpindi. 6. Tenders with any Cutting/ Overwriting and ambiguity will be rejected. 7. All sales shall be made to the bidder offering the highest price subject to the approval of competent Authority. 8. The material is sold on the clear understanding that the bidders have inspected and satisfied themselves of the material they are bidding for. No complaints after the sale whatsoever shall be entertained. 9. After the Final Approval/ issuance of Letter of Acceptance, remaining amount is to be deposited within 21 working days. In case of failure to deposit the balance amount within due date, the bid will be deemed cancelled and CDR amount will be forfeited. 10. All the material from the site will be lifted within 21 working days after issuing of Release Order and strictly during working hours only which are 08:00 to 15:00 Hrs. 11.
