| Description | 1. Sealed bids are invited from reputable firms for Supply and installation of HVAC System with ducting / cabling , complete in all respect at NRTC, Haripur. BOQ attached as Annex ?A?. 2. Terms and Conditions a. Reputable firms specialized in relevant field will be preferred. b. 2% earnest money in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of NRTC, Haripur (refundable) must be attached with Technical Proposal. Tender will be opened on 6th June, 2022. c. Income / sales tax registration certificates with FBR. d. Valid proof of financial health of contractors / companies (bank statements/ certificates and audited financial statements of last three years at least). e. Affidavit on stamp paper that the Firm / Contractor is not black-listed by any Govt / Authority and is not involved in litigation with any Govt Department / Autonomous Body. f. Undertaking on stamp paper that bidder is the owner or proprietor of the firm / company who wish to participate in the tender. g. Contractors are advised in their own interest to visit the site and inspect type of the work required to be done before submitting quotation. It will be deemed understood that the contractor has fully acquainted himself with the detailed nature of work. No claim on account of insufficient knowledge shall be entertained afterward. h. NRTC may reject all the bids at any time prior to the acceptance of bids as per Rule-33 of Public Procurement Rules 2004. i. Single stage two envelop process will be followed. j. Bidders must submit their bids as per tender requirement i.e clearly marked as Financial and Technical proposals. k. Selection criteria is available with tender l. Bids will be acceptable through tender box placed at NRTC only. Tender box will be opened in the presence of contractor and NRTC all reps.
