National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) ?the Employer?, intends to get the Works done for Tender No. PD-EHV-19-2022 through NTDC own resources. The Scope of works includes the following: FOR SUPPLY OF 220KV CONNECTORS, FLEXIBLE CABLE AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS TERMINATION AND PROTECTION MATERIAL FOR THE EXTENSION WORKS OF 500KV GRID STATION SHEIKHUPURA & NOKHAR AGAINST THE NAC?S ISSUED BY THE CHIEF ENGINEER (SUBSTATION DESIGN) NTDC & CHIEF ENGINEER (P&C) NTDC 2. The Employer invites sealed bids from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the above scope of Works. National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with PEC Single Stage- Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure. 3. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased on or before June 2nd , 2022 at the following address during office hours (08:00 am to 03:00 pm). A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested Bidder on submission of a written application to the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand Only) from the date of publication of IFB. The method of payment will be by cash or bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Project Director (EHV-I) NTDC Lahore. 5. The Bidder (as single entity) must have completed at least one No. similar nature of supplying work at 220kV or above voltage level to NTDC/DISCOs in last 5 Years. The supplier must ensure the healthiness of supplied oil through testing / fitness certificate. 6. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of total bid price in Pak. Rupees in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of the Employer valid for a period up to Twenty-Eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. 7. The bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must be delivered to the above office on or before June 3rd , 2022 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day, in the presence of Bidder?s representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 8.
