| Description | NTDC TENDER NOTICE NO. 04-2021-22. Sealed tenders are invited on ?Percentage Rate Basis? from PEC registered contractors. Tender will be issued to those contractors who will produce original or attested copies of the followings. 1. Registration with P.E.C for the year 2021-22 and having specification code CE-01, CE-09 and CE-10. 2. Company profile. 3. Appointment letter of Engineer working with the firm as required by P.E.C laws. 4. The list/detail of technical and supervisory staff along with attested copies of Degree/Diploma. 5. Tender will be issued only to the owner of the firms or the person holding authority letter on judicial paper for the subject tender. 6. C.D.R amounting to Rs.60000/- for the works mentioned below at serial No. a in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order must be submitted at the time of purchase of tender in the name of ?Deputy Manager (Civil), NPCC, NTDC, Islamabad.? 7. At least two (02) similar nature works valuing not less than estimated cost completed during last five (05) years. The contractor will have to provide the copy of work order and satisfactory completion certificate within schedule time. 8. Bank Statement of at least 03 financial years showing average annual cash flow of at least 5 Million rupees. 9. All prevailing federal and provincial government taxes will be applicable. Firm should have registration with tax authorities and have to be active tax payer. 10.
