| Description | Invitation for Bids National Transmission & Despatch Company (NTDC) invites sealed bids from NTDC/ PEPCO pre-qualified/ registered manufacturer / local representatives or suppliers, registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)/ NTDC under the conditions mentioned below for the supply of following items: Tender No. T-01/ 2021-22/ DM/BDR Description- Battery Bank Specifications & requirements- ? 150 Ampere Hours ? 110 Volts ? Lead Acid Cells (2 Volt/cell) ? Accessories ? Electrolyte ? Installation ? Testing As per NTDC Specifications P-132: 2019 on FCS Basis Quantity- Quantity Delivery Period- 30-Days from the date of Purchase Order Price of Tender Document- Rs. 1000/- Non-Refundable Date & Time- Submission of Bids: 10th June 2022 till 09:30 Hrs Opening of Bids: 10th June 2022 till 10:00 Hrs Conditions / Eligibility: 1. Manufacturers/ Suppliers having valid GST and NTN numbers are requested to participate. 2. The tender documents will not be issued to any participating firm unless it has a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council/ NTDC. 3. The experienced Manufacturer/ Supplier is eligible who has already supplied material to NTDC and also provides copies of purchase orders and satisfactory inspection certificates from NTDC. 4. The manufacturer/ Supplier will provide at least 18 Months warranty of material. 5. Income tax clearance certificate & return filled with income tax department for the financial year 2020-2021. 6. Tender will be issued only to the proprietor of the firm or his authorized representative. A complete set of Bidding Documents can be purchased before One Day of the Opening of the Tender by the interested eligible bidders/ firms on submission of an application to the Deputy Manager, 220kV Grid Station, NTDC, Band Road, Lahore. Sealed bids along with CDR/ Pay Order/ Demand Draft of ?5% of bid price as Bid Security? in favour of Deputy Manager, 220kV Grid Station, NTDC, Band Road, Lahore should reach this office on or before the date and time mentioned above. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the office of the Deputy Manager, 220kV Grid Station, NTDC, Band Road, Lahore. ?
