| Description | PIFD solicits sealed written proposals in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules and based upon single stage two envelope processes. Interested parties / bidders must submit their proposals as per PPRA, Regulations for HIRING OF FURNISHED HOSTELS ON RENT FOR PIFD STUDENTS (2022-23) Tendering will be in two separate envelops clearly marked as Technical and Financial proposals respectively. Tender documents may be purchased at the cost of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) from Treasurer Office at the address given below within office hours (09:00 am 04:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday). Tender must be delivered at the address mentioned below on or before 15TH June, 2022 at 11:00 am. Tender will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. At the first stage, only technical proposals will be opened, where-as Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened at second stage. Tenders submitted late will not be considered. In case of holiday, proceeding of the tender will be conducted on next working day. Black listed companies or the companies involved in litigation will not be entertained.
