| Description | PIFD solicits sealed written proposals in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules and Regulations (PPRA) for PREQUALIFICATION OF PRINTERS FOR PIFD (2022-23). Interested firms / bidders must submit their proposals in two separate envelopes clearly marked as technical and financial proposals respectively. Tendering will be based upon single stage two separate envelops process. Bidding is open to all firms having NTN / GST registration and experience of working with education / government institutions. Tender documents may be purchased at the cost of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) from Treasurer Office at the address given below within office hours (09:00 am 04:00 pm except Saturday and Sunday). Tender must be delivered at the address mentioned below on or before 15TH June, 2022 at 11:00 am. At the first stage, only technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am, where-as Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened at second stage. Tenders submitted late will not be considered. In case of holiday, proceeding of the tender will be conducted on next working day. Black listed companies or the companies involved in litigation will not be entertained. PIFD reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
