| Description | SO (LOG) PAC Board Kamra Short Tender Notice. Tender No PACB/1611/SO(LOG)/PC-16 (FOR Basis). Procurement of stationary items (as per attached list). Quotation must be submitted on "FOR" basis only. Payment will be made as per PAC Board procedure. The detail of item can be downloaded from website www.ppra.org.pk or can be obtained from SO (LOG) office PAC Board Kamra (Telephone No. 051-909902619). Bidding documents are available in PAC website www.pac.org.pk. Separate technical and commercial quotations for stationary items must be sent as follows:- (a) Date of submission of tender is 20-06-2022 and closing time is 1030 Hrs. Quotations will be opened on same day at 1100 Hrs. (b) Technical Offer shall contain all relevant specifications in a separate envelope and clearly marked ?Technical Offer without prices?, tender number and date of opening. (c) Commercial Offer shall indicate prices quoted in figure, along with essential literature / brochure and clearly marked on face of a separate envelope ?Commercial Offer with prices?, tender number and date of opening. (d) Both the ?Envelopes? of Commercial and Technical offers should be enclosed in one cover, properly sealed and bear the address of SO (Log) PAC Board Kamra with tender number and opening date. (e) Both Technical and Commercial offer will be opened on the due time and date. |
