| Description | NTC intends to rent out its space at following Station / site: S# Location / Name of Site Space Offered (in total) Preferred nature of business 1 NTC building, DTTC Colony Near Dry port Mughulpura Lahore Total = 35100 Sqft including (Open Space = 19954 Sqft) (Covered Area = 15146 Sqft) Business plan will be required The Interested parties, public, as well as private firms, contractors and individuals should submit rate in the sealed bids. Open bidding shall be made among bidders after opening of sealed bids. (Open bidding will be started from the base price or highest sealed bid whichever is higher). Detail tender / Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of undersigned up to 25-06-2022 till 1500 Hrs. Sealed bids must be submitted on 27-06-2022 till 11:30 Hrs. Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1200 Hrs at the venue given below. Registration of individual / Firm with income tax department is mandatory. NTC may reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid. Tender fee Non-refundable is Rs.500/- cash for each tender document. Interested parties are required to quote their rates for the total area on monthly basis. Earnest money @5% of the monthly bid value is also mandatory for participation in the process.
