| Description | NOTICE FOR INVITING TENDER. (TENDER NO. XEN-EHV-II-LHR?21?2021-22) The tenders are invited for below mentioned works. The tenders shall be issued after fulfilling below mentioned eligibility conditions and upon production of required documents. If any clarification required, the bidders may contact office of the undersigned during office hours. PURCHASE/PROCUREMENT OF NON-STORE MATERIAL OF PROTECTION WIRING MATERIAL ETC FOR 01 NO. 132KV LINE BAY (SUKKUR SITE) AND NAC MATERIAL FOR THE WORK OF CONSTRUCTION OF 01 NO. 132KV LINE BAY (SUKKUR SITE) AND NARA-I AT 220/132KV G/S ROHRI (SEPCO DEPOSIT WORK). Tender Fee Rs.2000/- (Non-Refundable) EARNEST MONEY 3% of the Bid Cost in the shape of CDR issued from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of XEN (EHV-II) Const: Division, NTDCL, Lahore at the time of issuance of tender documents. ELIGIBILITY 1. The contractors/firms should be registered with PEC/NTDCL/DISCOs and renewed/valid up to date in the relevant category with original certificate. 2. Income Tax clearance certificate & return filed with Income Tax Department for financial years 2020-21. 3. The contractors/manufacturers should have the experience of 02 similar nature?s supply of Material and have to provide the copies of Purchase orders & satisfactory inspection/completion certificates. 4. Tender will be issued only to the proprietor of firm or his legally Authorized representative with CNIC (In original). 5. All the Govt. taxes (Federal/Provincial) will be applicable as per relevant Govt. Notifications. 6. In case any fake documents/certificate provided by the bidder, the action under - standing rule shall be initiated /taken against him. CONDITIONS 7. The Supplier/ Manufacturer will have to provide at least 06 Month warranty of all provided material. 8. Bidding will be conducted through Local Competitive Bidding (LCB). 9. NTDC will award the contract to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder on overall basis. 10. The NTDC/Employer has the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rule # 33. 11. Bid covering partial supply shall be rejected. 12. Each page of the subject bidding documents shall be signed and stamped by the bidder. RECEIPT OF TENDERS 24.06.2022 upto 12.00 Hrs. OPENING DATE OF TENDERS Tender will be opened on 24.06.2022 at 12.30 Hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
