| Description | PIFD solicits sealed written proposals in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules and Regulations (PPRA) for ANNUAL TENDER FOR STATIONARY, CLASS AND MISCELLENOUS MATERIAL FOR PIFD (2021-22). Tendering will be based upon Single Stage Two Envelop process. Interested firms / bidders must submit their proposals in two separate envelops clearly marked as technical and financial proposals respectively. ? Bidding is open to all firms having NTN / GST registration and experience of working with education / government institutes. ? Tender documents may be purchased at the cost of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) from Treasurer Office at the address given below within office hours (09:00am - 04:00pm except Saturdays and Sundays). ? Tenders must be delivered at the address mentioned below on or before 27th June, 2022 at 11:00 am. ? At the first stage, only technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am. Where-as Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened at second stage. Tenders submitted late will not be considered. ? In case of holiday, proceeding of the tender will be conducted on next working day. ? Black listed companies or the companies involved in litigation will not be entertained. ?
