Description | QUAID-I-AZAM UNIVERSITY ISLAMABAD (Purchase & Store Section) GALLOP TENDER NOTICE 1. Sealed tender on item rate F.O.R. University Campus basis is invited from the well established/reputed firms registered with the sales tax department and have experience to Government/Semi-government organization for the Purchase of Air Conditioners for CNC, Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. 2. Tender documents may be obtained from undersigned upto 22.06.2022 on payment of Rs.6,000.00 (through bank challan from university campus) as tender cost, on all working days during office hours, except holidays on written request on a letter head pad of the firm along with proof for fulfilling the above conditions for tender is required (Photo copy of Registration with Govt./Semi-Govt. Organization and supply order issued by them must be enclosed). Sealed Tender must be reached this office along with 4% earnest money of the total cost/value of the tender items quoted by the concerned firm by 23.06.2022 at 11.00 am and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the Meeting room of the University before Suppliers/Contractors or their authorized agents who may care to be present. Telegraphic and conditional tender will not be accepted. Any disfiguring, overwriting/manipulation in the tender documents shall be subjected to rejection. The rates must be quoted strictly in accordance with our specification and valid for 06 months. The supply must be completed within ten days after issue of confirmed order, failing which earnest money will be forfeited in favour of Quaid-i-Azam University. 3. The tender documents will be issued to only those firms who are registered with Sales Tax Department, having relevant experience (Photo copy of Sales Tax Registration and supply order issued by the government organization with completion of work must be enclosed with application). 4. The University reserves the right to accept/reject the tender(s) by conveying the reason on request of bidders.
