XEN-CIVIL-EHV-II-HYD-01-2022-23) Tenders in Sealed cover are invited from the firms who have registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) & Sindh Revenue Board for the following civil works, the bidding document shall be issued after fulfilling below mentioned eligibility conditions and upon production of required documents. NAME OF WORK BOQ Amount Tender Fee (Rs) Refurbishing office of Chief Engineer (PD/GSC) South NTDC Hyderabad 3209575.00 3000/- Non Refundable Earnest Money 3% of BOQ Amount in the shape of CDR issued from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Executive Engineer Civil EHV-II NTDC Hyderabad at the time of issuance of tender documents. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TENDER NOTICE. 1. The bidding documents could be purchased on request up to office hours 18.07.2022 from the office of the undersigned. 2. The tenders shall be received on 19.07.2022 up to 12.00 hours and shall be opened on the same day at 12.30 hours in the office of undersigned in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, who wish to be present. 3. In case the date of opening declared as a public holiday by the Government, the next official working day shall be deemed to be the date for submission and opening of tenders at the same time. 4. Bid Security in the shape of CDR, issued from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Executive Engineer Civil EHV-II NTDC, Hyderabad, is prerequisite at the time of issuance of tender documents. 5. Eligibility conditions for issuance of tender are as under: a) Firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category having renewed/valid license (In original) along with attested copy of PEC registration certificate. b) Firm registered with Income Tax and are on active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board and submit FBR Returns filed with the Income Tax Department for the Financial Year 2020-21 or 2021-22. c) Affidavit in original must be submitted on Rs. 50 Non Judicial paper that the firm has not been black listed by any Govt./Semi Govt. organization & not involved in any litigation. d) Tenders will be issued only to the proprietor of the firm or his legally authorized representative on Rs.50 non-judicial paper for the respective works with original CNIC. e) One person will only represent one firm/company and will not be entitle to issue tenders for more than one firm/company nor offer bid for more than one firm/company. 6. 10% Performance Security in the shape of Unconditional Bank Guarantee only should be submitted by successful contractor. 7. All duties & taxes of Federal Govt. & Provincial Govt. (such as sale tax on services etc) will be applicable as per law. 8. Unsealed/Improper Sealed/Incomplete/conditional Bids/Rates offered will be rejected straight away. 9. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject the tender as per PPRA rule.
