| Description | Invitation to Bid COMSATS University Islamabad CUI, A public sector University of Ministry of Science & Technology (MoST) invites tender from renowned firms/companies registered with Income Tax/Sales Tax Departments and are on Active Tax Payer List of FBR (I.T & GST), in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules on ?Single Stage two Envelope Procedure? for ?External Development Works at COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus? 1. The Bids must be accompanied with the Bid Security in the amount of 2% of the Bid Price and in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan or from a foreign bank duly counter guaranteed by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan (refundable) drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus (FTN/NTN: 9013701-9). 2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested bidder on submission of a written application at below address upon payment of tender fee of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) in shape of pay order/DD in favour of CUI Islamabad, Wah Campus. 3. The bidder should having valid registration with PEC in minimum Category C-4, having CE 01, CE 09, CE-10 & EE-04 as codes of specialization. 4. Sealed bids (prepared in accordance with instructions of tender documents) must reach at the given address latest by 25- 07, 2022 at 1100 hrs. 5. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 18- 07, 2022 at 1100 hrs at 1100 hrs in the Conference Room, Admin Block, COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus. 6. The Bidder shall provide an undertaking along with Technical Bid stating that requisite Bid Security is sealed with the envelope of Price Bid. 7. Bids will be opened in public on the same day half hour after the closing time in Conference Room, Admin Block, COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus G.T Road, Near Gate 5, Wah Cantt. 8. Financial bids of only those bidders/firms will be opened who shall qualify technically, based on technical evaluation criteria mentioned in the bidding document. 9.
