| Description | NADRA Regional Head Office Peshawar TENDER NOTICE No. Q-matic, CCTV, IT & Office Equipment/01/2022 For The Purchase & Installation of ?Q-Matic, CCTV, IT & Office Equipment? for NADRA RHO KP 1. National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office, Peshawar intends to purchase & install Q-matic system, CCTV, IT & Office Equipment for its field offices through Tender for FY 2021-22. 2. Tender form having terms & conditions, detailed specifications may be obtained during office hours from the undersigned from 30th June, 2022 to 20th July, 2022 on payment of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable). Tender forms must be submitted latest by 20th July, 2022 before 1100 hours. Tender will be opened on the same day in the Regional Head Office NADRA RHO Peshawar (KP) in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives on 20th July, 2022 at 1130 hours. 3. Terms and Conditions:- a. Procedure of Single Stage ? Two Envelop bidding will be adopted b. Firms must be registered with FBR as an active tax payer. c. Copy of National Tax Number (NTN) and General Sales Tax (GST) certificates along with clearance certificate for the past three years should be included with tender documents. d. Firms will have to attach bid security of 2% with bid documents (financial) in the form of CDR. e. Tender with incomplete supporting documents will not be entertained, and furnishing of insufficient information shall be liable to legal action. f. If any of the supplied items is rejected by QC/User Department, vendor must provide the replacement within the delivery/completion time mentioned in Purchase/Work Order or up-to 01 week whichever comes later otherwise LD will be imposed as per relevant clause. g. In case vendor fails to supply the demanded items even after the extended supply period i.e. 07 x days or (as per mutual agreement). NADRA reserves the right to cancel the Purchase Order partially or as a whole and may confiscate the bid security and may also blacklist the firm through PPRA. h. A certificate and affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted, shall be submitted with the documents. i. Lowest evaluated bidder will be selected on the basis of performance warranty/specs of items. j. Procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA rule 33 (1).
