| Description | Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC) has been established by Ministry of Industries and Production to upgrade technology and skills of key industrial clusters and connect them to the global value chain. TUSDEC has joined hands with National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) for the provision of Technical & Vocational Skills Training under the project of National Poverty Graduation Programme (NPGP) at District Badin, Thatta and Sujawal in Lower Sindh. TUSDEC intends to hire premises on rental basis for provision of technical and vocational skills training at Badin & Thatta by adopting Single stage One envelope procedure. A prospective bidder(s) may quote for a single city or for both cities. Eligibility criteria and detailed ?Instructions to Bidders? are mentioned in the bidding documents which can be obtained via email by writing a formal request at procurement.tvetssp@tusdec.org.pk or can be downloaded from PPRA & TUSDEC websites. The rates quoted must include all applicable taxes and bid should be valid for a minimum period of 60 days after bid opening. TUSDEC will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or delivery of bids. Sealed bids (single stage one envelope) duly completed must reach at National Institute of Design and Analysis (NIDA-Karachi), NC-1, State Cement Building, Main Stadium Road, Opposite PSO Pump, Dalmia Karachi by 19 July 2022 up to 1400 Hrs (Pakistan Standard Time). Tenders will be opened on the same date at 1430 Hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representative who wish to attend at NIDA Karachi. |
