DM-SKP-01-2022 NAME OF WORK: SAFE HANDLING, LOADING, SHIFTING & UN-LOADING OF 500/220KV 200MVA AUTO TRANSFORMER UNIT ALONG WITH REQUIRED ALLIED ACCESSORIES FROM 500KV GRID STATION SHEIKHUPURA TO PTESU NKLP LAHORE. 1. National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) ?the Purchaser?, is responsible for development and control of power transmission system in the country, invites sealed bids through ?Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure? on Local Competitive Bidding (LCB) basis from eligible firms as defined under IB-3 of Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Tax payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with PEC in appropriate category as per NTDC specifications (details, types and quantities mentioned in the bidding document). 2. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased on or before one day of opening at the following address during office hours (09:00 am to 05:00 pm). Price of the Bidding Documents is PKR 2,000 (Pak Rupees Two Thousand Only). The method of payment for purchase of Bidding Documents will be in the form of cash. The Bidder should have successfully completed 02 Nos. similar nature works (160MVA or above Auto Transformer) within last 05-Years alongwith documentary evidence for which the contractor/bidder will submit completion certificates for the issuance of bidding documents. 4. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount not less than 2 % of the Total Bid Price in the form of CDR or Pay Order from a Bank in Pakistan. 5. The Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding Documents must reach at the above address on or before 08.07.2022 14:00 hours PST. The NTDC reserves the right to reject all bids and to annul bidding process at any stage prior to contract award as defined in Clause 33(1) of Public Procurement Rules 2004. 7.
