| Description | Inter State Gas Systems (Pvt) Limited (ISGS) is a company incorporated in 1996 under the Companies Act, 2017 with its registered office at 8th Floor, Petroleum House, Ataturk Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad. ISGS is wholly owned subsidiary of Government Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. and working under the auspices of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. ISGS invites applications for pre-qualification of consultancy firms having experience in engineering consultancy services. The applicants can be firms/Joint Ventures/Consortiums, both local & foreign. The pre-qualified firms shall be required to provide engineering consultancy services as specified in the in the Pre-Qualification Documents. The applicants are required to comply with the local laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan in order to provide services in Pakistan. Applicants who are not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or tax authorities (Federal Board of Revenue), etc. will have to comply with the requirements, where applicable, before issuance of the RFP to the pre-qualified applicants by ISGS. Pre-Qualification Documents, containing all information required for pre-qualification including instructions for preparation and submission of pre-qualification applications, evaluation criteria etc. are available for the interested applicants to be downloaded from the website of ISGS (www.isgs.com.pk). Prospective applicants may request a clarification on any aspect of these Pre-Qualification Documents till 27th June, 2022. Pre-qualification applications, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the Pre-Qualification Documents, must reach at following address on or before 14th July, 2022 at 1500 Hrs. Pre-qualification applications will be opened on the same day at 1530 Hrs. In case the day of pre-qualification applications submission and opening falls on a public/local holiday, next working day shall be considered as the deadline for the same.
