XEN-CIVIL-GSO-HYD-01-2022-23) Tenders in Sealed cover are invited from the firms who have registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) & relevant Provincial Revenue Authority/Board for the following civil work, the bidding document shall be issued after fulfilling below mentioned eligibility conditions and upon production of required documents. S# NAME OF WORK Bid Security (Rs) PEC Category with Code Tender Fee (Rs) 01 Construction of RCC Boundary Wall at 220kV Grid Station NTDC Loralai (Phase-II) 1,700,000 C-5 (CE- 10) 3000/- Non Refundable TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TENDER NOTICE. 1. The bidding documents could be purchased on request upto office hours 04 August, 2022 from the office of the undersigned. 2. The tenders shall be received on 05 August, 2022 up to 14.30 hours and shall be opened on the same day at 15.00 hours in the office of undersigned in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, who wish to be present. 3. In case the date of opening declared as a public holiday by the Government, the next official working day shall be deemed to be the date for submission and opening of tenders at the same time. 4. Bid Security in the shape of CDR issued from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division GSO (S) NTDC, Hyderabad, is prerequisite at the time of issuance of tender documents. 5. Eligibility conditions for Tenders / Bidders are as under. a) The Firm registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), having renewed/valid license (In Original) along with attested copy. b) The Firm registered with Income Tax and are on Active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant Provincial Revenue Authority and returns filed with Income Tax Department for the Financial Year 2020-21. c) Affidavit in original must be submitted on Rs. 50 Non-Judicial paper that the firm has not been black listed by any Govt/Semi Govt organization & not involved in any litigation. d) Tenders will be issued only to the proprietor of the firm or his legally authorized representative on Rs.50 non-judicial paper with original CNIC. e) One person will only represent one firm/company and will not be entitle to issue tender for more than one firm/company nor offer bid for more than one firm/company. 6. All duties & taxes of Federal Govt & Provincial Govt. will be applicable as per law. 7. Unsealed/Improper Sealed/Incomplete/conditional Bids/Rates offered will be rejected straight away. 8. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject the tender as per PPRA rule.
