The tenderers shall read carefully the eligibility conditions. SINGLE CIRCUITS) OF 500KV GUDDU OLD-GUDDU 747MW CCPP TRANSMISSION LINE (2.5 KILOMETERS LENGTH OF LINE) Tender Fees Rs.1000.00 (Non-Refundable) EARNEST MONEY 2% of the Bid Cost in the shape of CDR issued from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of undersigned to be produced at the time of opening of tender. ELIGIBILITY 1. Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed / valid up to date in the relevant category with original certificate. 2. Income Tax clearance certificate & return filled with Income Tax Department for financial year 2021-2022. 3. Documentary evidence of experience of the two similar nature of work executed duly accompanied by the certificates of satisfactory completion of works issued by the employer. 4. Tender will be issued only to the proprietor of firm or his legally Authorized representative with CNIC (In original). 5. All the Govt. taxes (Federal / Provincial) will be applicable as per relevant Government Notifications. CONDITIONS 1. The Contractor should have the qualified and experienced staff for execution of the above said job. 2. Bidding will be conducted through local competitive bidding (LCB). 3. NTDC will award the contract to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder on overall basis. 4. The NTDC / Employer has the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rule # 33. 5. Bid covering partial work shall be rejected. 6. Each page of the subject bidding documents shall be signed and stamped by the bidder.
