Director General Pakistan Coast Guards invites sealed tenders from GST registered firms along with samples/technical specification of following types of stores for the FY-2022/23 to be opend on 03 Aug 2021 at 0930 hrs respectively. (a) Purchase of Furniture (b) Repair/Maintenance of Furniture Items (c) Hot and Cold Weather Items (d) Ration of Detainees (e) Exhibition and Fair (f) Transportation of Goods (g) Purchase of Camel Feed and Dog Feed (h) Purchase of Stationary (i) Purchase of Annual Training Items (j) Purchase of Vocational Manpower Training Items (k) Repair of Computers, Photostat machine and Printers 2. 5% earnest money in shape of pay order/bank draft will be enclosing along with tender in favour of DG Pakistan Coast Guards. 3. The rates quoted by firms should be valid upto 30 Jun 2023. 4. Bidding documents can be obtained from HQ Pakistan Coast Guards (Q Branch) Karachi on any working day from 0900 to 1200 hrs till closing of tender. 5. Pakistan Coast Guards reserve the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal as PPRA Rule 2004. 6. Pre-qualification will be strictly followed as per PPRA rules 15 to 18. 7. HQ Pakistan Coast Guards can disqualified suuplier or contractor at any time if any information submitted by contractor concerning his qualification as supplier or contractor was false and materially inaccurate or incomplete as per PPRA rule 18. |
