National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) a corporate entity constituted after restructuring of WAPDA invites sealed bids from the eligible firms/bidders for Construction of Warehouse at 220/132kV Grid Station Sarfraznagar on basis of National Competitive Bidding (NCB) through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. 2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at the following address, during office hours (08:00am to 04:00pm) Chief Engineer (Material Procurement and Management), NTDC 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. Price of the bidding documents is Rs. 5000/-, the method of payment will be by a non-refundable fee in form of bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Engineer (MP&M) NTDC. On submission of a written application, the documents may be collected in person or may be sent by express airmail for an additional fee of Rs. 2,000/- for domestic delivery, the documents may be sent by courier services. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery in such case. Bidding Document can also be downloaded from NTDC website i.e. www.ntdc.com.pk free of cost, however, purchase of Bidding Document is compulsory for participation. 4. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at above address on or before 15th August 2022 at 11:00 AM PST.
