OPF invites applications from accredited Advertising Agencies (enlisted with PID) registered with income tax/sales tax department and Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The advertising agencies based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi shall be appointed on regular basis for a period of two (02) years. 2. Prequalification Documents containing detailed terms & conditions can be purchased from the address mentioned below during office hours on presentation of request on agency letterhead including details of authorized person. Cost of Prequalification document is Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable). Payment can be made through pay order in favour of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF). 3. Prequalification proposals as per instructions provided in the prequalification documents must reach at the address mentioned below at or before 1200 hours on 15-08-2022 and will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours.
