| Description | EDB/Admn./2022 Dated: 26.07.2022 TENDER NOTICE Sealed bids are invited from well established firms for the supply of Stationery/ Toners & miscellaneous items for the Financial Year 2022-2023. List of Stationery/ Toners & miscellaneous items can be obtained from the undersigned during office hours (0800 hrs to 1600 hrs). TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Firms should be on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for both income tax & Sales tax documents to this effect submitted along with bid. 2. Affidavit on stamp paper regarding non-involvement of the company in any arbitration / litigation with any government agency / department nor black listed by PPRA. 3. All vendors/ suppliers are requested to please quote rates as per list given by EDB. 4. Interested parties are required to submit their bid along with 2% of the total tender value as earnest money in the shape of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of EDB. Bids without/short in earnest money will be rejected. 5. Only typed quotation will be accepted. Quotation with over-writing or corrections with white fluid will not be accepted. 6. Firms fulfilling the above terms and conditions may send their quotations in sealed envelope by 22.08.2022 up to 11:00 hours. The quotation will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day, at EDB?s Office location: - EDB Complex Building 5-A Constitution Avenue, Sector F-5/1, Islamabad. 7. Engineering Development Board has the right to accept or reject any or all of the quotations as per PPRA rule 33 (1). ( Yasir Qurban) Manager (Admn.)
